Late Check-out Hour                          : 18:00 (based on availability)

Late Check-out Fees                          : 50% of the room rate

Late check-out (after 12:00 and before 18:00) may result in a fee

Cancellation:

The cancellation policy differs depending on the rate type booked.

Prepayments:

Your reservation must be guaranteed with a valid credit card and expiry date at the time of reservation.One night deposit will be charged upon booking. The remaining amount of the reservation will becharged within the cancellation periods stated on your rate type.

The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservations with an invalid credit card.

Following Indonesian law all payments will be converted to and charged in Indonesian Rupiahand will refer to the official exchange rate upon booking. This may cause a minor variancebetween the rate shown here and the charge.
The charged credit card must be presented upon arrival.

Extra person:

Rate includes 2 persons for all One Bedroom Pool villas & One Bedroom Sky villas. Maximumoccupancy is for 2 persons
Rate includes 2 persons for Sawah View Pool villas. Maximum occupancy is for 4 persons withsecond bed (charged IDR 600.000 per person per night)
Rate includes 4 persons for Two Bedroom Pool villas. Maximum occupancy is for 5 persons withadditional bed (charged IDR 900.000 per person per night).
Rate includes 6 persons for Three Bedroom Pool villas. Maximum occupancy is for 9 personswith additional beds (charged IDR 900.000 per person per night

Child Policies:

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed to stay in Bambootel. Bambootel has been meticulously designed to provide guests with an unforgettable experience of proximity to nature. Certain aesthetically pleasing villa features, such as hammocks, railings, and pools,are incorporated to enliven the experience.

Other Policies:

Pets are not permitted to stay
Durian is prohibited within the resort premises
Drone use is permitted only with the resort's permission
